Q : How often do I have to change the battery in my quartz watch ?

A : In general, a watch battery (such as quartz) lasts about two years for the normal function. For a chronograph watch, the battery life may be less than 2 years depending on the frequency of the chronograph function use. (Excluding some brand, which manufacturer instructions for special movements)



Q : What should I do in case the battery has been running for over 2 years ?

A : You should have the serviced regularly and change the seals often, especially if you use the watch underwater regularly. Also make sure the crown is fully locked in position when under water and the push buttons are not pressed. Always clean the watch with water after being exposed to sea water or chlorinated water.



Q : What should I do if I accidentally submerged my watch in water ?

A : If your watch is not water-resistant, you should take your watch for service to prevent water condensation or damage to the movement.



Q : Can I wear my water-resistant watch with leather strap in water ?

A : Although the watch is water-resistant, most leather straps are not. Therefore, they will deteriorate rather quickly if used in water. However, there are special leather straps intended for diving or water sport available at present.

A : Please do not leave the watch in extreme high or low temperature for long time. Keep your watch away from close contact with magnetic objects that generate strong magnetic fields

Q : Does an automatic movement work as soon as I wear the watch ?

A : You should wind the watch manually if the watch has stopped completely. This will give better power to help watch work accurately.




Q : How long is my watch warranty after the purchase date ?

A : The standard warranty period is 5 years. Warranty covers all problems of QC checking, battery, quartz, and mechanism parts. The case of any accidental will not be covered, such as breaking sapphire, loosing screw and inside damaging.




Q : Will my watch be under warranty if it had been purchased from overseas, other retailer, or any other channels which was not from the company channels but still within the warranty period ?

A : In case if the warranty is still valid, our technician will check thought the problem, if the problem occurs due to the QC from manufacturer, then customer will not be responsible for any expenses. However, if any part need to be changed, then customer will be responsible for any expenses relate to maintenance.
